So I took the jump to Office , based on mostly positive reviews here on Amazon. Yes, it takes a bit of time getting used to the new layout, but not more than a couple of days.
Outlook in is well designed and is light years ahead of as far as security goes. Everyday that I use this suite, I find something else that makes me glad that I made this purchase. Thanks to Microsoft! And thanks to Amazon where you won't find a better price. I ordered this because my company still uses Office and I needed an additional license for a new computer. Product was exactly as described and activated no problem. The Microsoft Authenticity seal was intact it's a sticker that breaks once you open the package, so this means the key is legit.
If you aren't sure whether to get this or the disk version, here are the differences: Product Key Version: You must download the software yourself unless a trial version is already pre-installed on your computer.

The Product Key Card is the way to go if you only need this on one computer and you don't think you'll be replacing your computer for a while. It can only ever be used on the machine it was originally installed on. If you get a new PC as I did you're totally stuffed, as the software and licence cannot be transferred. The box was sealed and looked genuine made in Mexico however I found I could not download the software using the keycode provided.
I contact Microsoft who linked to my computer and tried to download and install the software on my behalf. After an hour their engineer admitted defeat and told me that their tools indicated that my keycode had been used to activate software on 17 previous occasions and had therefore been blocked.
I was advised to return the product which I did and Amazon has given me a refund. I had exactly the same experience as Peter Webber, in an earlier review. The key had already been used almost 2 years prior to my order. There are a number of other factors that make me expect this item is counterfeit. This is the worst thing I have done. The product is for one PC only. Not transferable.

If so you have to uninstall the trial first, before installing Pro Plus. I went to HeiDoc. I completed the form, clicked "Continue" and a window opened allowing me to download the trial. The trial downloaded fine, but there was no order confirmation, nor did I receive an email and yes I checked the Spam folder giving me the trial's key.
That's HeiDoc. If you selected the correct file it would been the full installation file, it wouldn't have been a link to any MS site.
