You'd need to check under account to see what your installation is, but by default Office installs bit, so unless you went out of your way to install the bit version, i doubt you are running it. I am using a utility that copies database files to and from a proprietary file that allows easy transportation between systems.
The installed version of Access is 32 bit and the pc is accwss bit. When I run the odbcad I am able to use the utility load the text file to SQL Server database and I will use that as a work around. I have a couple more tests to try and I will keep you posted if I cannot get it to work. Thanks again.
