Microsoft's free upgrade promotion ended a long time ago, but you can still move to Windows 10 at no cost. Here's how to upgrade to Windows. Windows 10 was made available for download via MSDN and TechNet, as a free upgrade for retail copies of Windows 8 and Windows users via the Windows.
